Love Island just wouldn't be the same without a love triangle and now it looks like medical student Priya needs to decide whether Matthew or newbie Brett will make the cut.
PhD student Brett, 27, has made quite an impact on Priya since entering the villa yesterday after he surprised the girls when they found him sunbathing in the garden.
As Priya and Chloe sit on the terrace, Brett flashes his grin and quips: "You come and say hello if you like?”
And it seems as if he had the Londoner at "hello" as she later confesses in the Beach Hut that she is infatuated with the bombshell.
“Brett is fit," she gushed. " He’s so good looking and he’s a health student! He’s a studier, nearly got a PhD - Dr Brett! I was drooling.”
In perfect timing Brett receives a text which reads: “Brett. It’s time for your first date! Please ask out the girl of your choice."
Picking Priya, Brad tells his date: "I was also going to choose you."
Priya tells the Derbyshire man she feels like " you need to have that connection. You need to be on the same level emotionally.
“I like someone who is intelligent and athletic. I usually go for confidence on the outside but a sweetheart on the inside,” she reveals.
Still reeling from her date Priya later tells the girls around the fire pit: “ He’s such a sweetheart - super cute. His eyes were piercing.”
However Priya had only yesterday been getting sweaty with Islander Matthew in the gym with Chloe subsequently enquiring: “So where does that leave Mr Matthew?”
Priya says: “I’m still confused. I still want to get to know Matt. I don’t want to make my decision too quickly.”
Priya and Matthew hit it off instantly, with the duo clearly both into one another.
They set up a burpee competition between themselves and both of them are soon falling hard for one another.
The medical student admitted: "I had to shut my jaw. It’s like mouth open, admiring the piece of art that is his body!"
Matthew told his fellow Islanders: "There’s so much substance in her conversations and she is beautiful. I was looking at her eyes and I was like, holy s***! Even in the gym there, I was like, this is like a carbon copy of me!
"What’s coming across to me is she’s ambitious, she’s very caring, she’s spontaneous, she’s very smart… the more I talk to her the more I’m learning and like, 'Woah this is getting stronger.'"
Matthew also confesses Priya is the "whole package" for him.
Speaking in the Beach Hut, he explained: "Priya’s the whole package, it’s crazy. Every time I talk to her I learn another trait to her that’s a positive."
One thing's for certain, Priya is going to have to make a decision soon as Faye receives a text in tonight's show which warns: "Islanders. Tonight, there will be a re-coupling.
"The girls will each choose which boy they want to couple up with. The boy not picked to be in a couple will be dumped from the Island."
Time is ticking for Priya.
