TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou is reportedly fearful she won't be allowed to attend her late boyfriend Jake McLean's funeral due to an apparent rift with his family over the circumstances of his tragic death in Turkey earlier this month.
The pair's Mercedes car careered off the road as they went round a bend, plunging 30 feet - leaving 33-year-old Jake dead at the scene.
Yazmin, 28, meanwhile, forced her way to safety by 'snapping' her right arm, which had become stuck behind her back and under the folded back of the car roof.
She told how after getting out of the wreckage she was running on 'pure adrenaline 'as she held her arm together with her left hand before a passer-by gave her his shirt to stem the bleeding.
Jake's mum, Anita Walsh, reportedly believes the on-off couple may have been rowing as they left a Bodrum nightclub prior to the incident, which could have played a factor in the fatal mountain road crash.
A source told the Sun : "It has become difficult for all involved. Yaz’s biggest fear is being asked not to go to the funeral and not getting to say goodbye to Jake, but at the same time she doesn’t want to upset anyone.
"It's a horrible situation to be in. It has been a devastating time for Jake’s family.
"His death is still so raw for everyone involved. With time it’s hoped they can come together and mourn their loss, but for now it is a fractured relationship."
Now back in the UK as her recovery continues, Yazmin has denied alcohol played a part in the incident and she has also quashed rumours she and Jake had been arguing at the time.
"I've heard rumours we were arguing and things like that, but I couldn't have wished for a more perfect situation for me and him," she explained.
"The police out there did a two-hour interview with me. They investigated the skid marks on the road.
"As far as I'm aware, the police report said the accident was really down to speeding. He took the corner too fast. Instead of going round the bend we went over."
Yazmin added that despite dealing with her broken arm, at the same time she was still trying to wake Jake up believing he was just be unconscious.
