Yankees get back at Red Sox by trolling them with clubhouse music selection

Some very recent history: Back in October, the Boston Red Sox eliminated their very hated rival, the New York Yankees, in the postseason and played New York, New York in the clubhouse while celebrating.

That was clearly a huge trolling move given that the Frank Sinatra-sung classic is played at Yankee Stadium after games. And some people pointed to the fact that it was a response to Aaron Judge, who reportedly played it on a portable speaker after a Game 2 win. The Sox also played it after their World Series win.

The Yankees appeared to get their revenge on Sunday. They played More Than a Feeling in the clubhouse after sweeping the Sox, and that’s a song played by … Boston!
