NEW YORK — Hank Steinbrenner, the Yankees general partner and co-chairperson, has passed away at age 63.
The eldest son of the late George Steinbrenner and brother of Yankees managing general partner Hal Steinbrenner, Hank Steinbrenner died early Tuesday morning in Clearwater, Florida, after a lengthy illness not believed to be related to COVID-19.
