Loads of people were excited about the store opening in October and now Newcastle's own Yankee Candle store is attracting a lot of attention for its first ever Boxing Day sale.
The concession went into the premises formerly occupied by popular fancy dress and accessory shop Xtras a few months ago, with huge interest in its arrival in intu Eldon Square.
And, the store's already reasonable prices got even better on Thursday when doors opened on its first big . If you love Yankee Candle's massively popular festive fragrances and fancy filling your home with the smell of Christmas before the year is out, or want to stock up for next year, you're in luck as Yankee Candle has many of the candles in its festive range available for half price.
We went into the store next to The Body Shop and saw large Christmas Eve, Angels Wings, Red Apple Wreath and Christmas Cookie candles all available for the bargain price of £11.99, rather than £23.99.
The store was getting busier as we looked around, so if you fancy snapping some discount candles up, you'll probably want to get in quick!
