Xbox Partner Preview stream coming this week with a new look at James Bond game 007 First Light confirmed

James Bond in an all-black get-up talking to a lady who's just off-screen while at a fancy event in 007: First Light.

Xbox has confirmed that there will be an Xbox Partner Preview showcase later this week on Thursday, November 20 with 007: First Light confirmed to be headlining the show.

This was confirmed on a post on the Xbox Wire blog which says the show "will include news on upcoming games from partners including IO Interactive, Tencent and THQ Nordic, plus some brand-new reveals and Game Pass announcements."

While not hyper-specific about everything being shown by any means, three games are announced for the lineup so far. First off is "an exciting first look at content coming to 007 First Light." Which frankly, is very weird wording to me that makes it sound like we're going to be seeing some DLC or post-launch content, which would be very strange given that the game isn't out until March 26, 2026.

Joining James Bond is "an electrifying extended gameplay trailer" for dark fantasy action game Tides of Annihilation. We saw this game for the first time during a PlayStation State of Play back in February, and given that the game is set to release in 2026, hopefully a release date is in the cards.

Finally there's "a fresh look" at Reanimal, the upcoming horror game from the original developer of Little Nightmares that feels like a spiritual successor to those games (and will hopefully be better than the Little Nightmares 3 we got). Xbox has also promised reveals for unannounced games will be included, so the stream won't be fully dedicated to these three.

And to go along with her leading role in Tides of Annihilation, Baldur's Gate 3 and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 actor Jennifer English is going to be the voice over for the broadcast.

Arc Raiders sets another Steam record for a third weekend in a row, surpassing 481,000 concurrent players despite competition from Call of Duty and Escape from Tarkov
