X Factor's Scarlett Lee records song for Ashley Cain's little girl who has 'days to live'

X Factor star Scarlett Lee recorded a song for Ashley Cain ’s daughter after it was revealed the little girl has days to live, according to doctors.

The singer, who was runner-up in 2018, released a cover after fans bombarded her comment section with the request.

Ashley and his girlfriend Safiyya have been looking after their baby girl Azaylia who has a form of leukaemia.

““How Can Someone you have never met have such a impact on your life” azaylia you are the reason, I haven’t stopped thinking and praying and crying and smiling because of you!” Scarlett wrote on Instagram.

“Your beautiful little face lights up everyone’s world. @mrashleycain @miss_safiyya_ You Guys Need a medal, your strength and love for your daughter is outstanding I pray that god heals our little princess!

“You princess are the people’s princess please whoever reads this PRAY for a healing how can life be so cruel.. I have been asked a ton of times to record a cover and of course I was going to.. it will be up tomorrow.

She revealed she recorded a cover of a song as tribute (iamscarlettleeofficial/Instagram)

She added: “Keep fighting champ you got this and you got a whole lot of us here fighting with you too.. #azaliya #letsgochamp”

Alongside the heartfelt caption was a picture of Azaylia smiling for the camera.

Scarlett then took to the comment section to ask fans to pray for Ashley’s family.

“Everyone please, no matter your beliefs no one should have to face this ever, let alone .. alone please pray with everything you have in you for a miracle to commence,” she wrote.

Ashley recently told his followers on Instagram how his daughter had to take seven syringes of medication in the morning.

The 30-year-old dad showed the family's morning routine as they care for their eight-month-old at home.

Ashley and his partner Safiyya were devastated to be told their daughter has just days to live and made the decision to let her spend her final days at home with them.

The tot was diagnosed with cancer at just eight weeks old and requires a feeding tube to her stomach to provide her with food.
