X Factor star Lucy Spraggan has taken to Instagram to show her massive transformation between 2009 and 2019.
Lucy, who garnered a dedicated following on X Factor thanks to her originality and songwriting, shared with her 106,000 followers that she felt "very lucky" for the life she now leads.
The 28 year old posted the two pics side by side, one from 2009 showing her in a hoody and cap, and the second, from earlier this year showing a Lucy that oozed confidence.
She rocks some stylish tattoos, as well as ripped jeans and military style boots.
"My sister sent me the pic on the left this morning," Lucy penned, "Everyone's been doing these 2009/2019 things...I definitely had to consider whether or not I want this on the internet but yolo.
"If you can't laugh at yourself then who can ya laugh at. If I could have told that weird lil 18 year old all the things I get up to now she wouldn't believe me. I'm very lucky.
"Never shed those f***** eye bags tho."
Fans took to the comments section with words of encouragement.
"Lucy you are beautiful inside and out," one gushed, "You are an amazing person that always manages to lift people around. Be proud of journey you have made in all aspects to date and enjoy the adventures ahead of you xx."
Another wrote: "How much weight you lost! You look amazing Lucy."

Her fans' kind words will be well met by Lucy, who earlier this month announced she was splitting from her wife, Georgina Gordon.
The pair, who were together for nearly six years, first met shortly after Lucy's time on the X Factor - which was cut short due to personal issues.
They tied the knot in 2016 after Georgina got down on one knee the year before during a romantic boat ride.
At the time, she revealed to OK! : "[Georgina] didn't have a clue and she turned around and I was on one knee. It was amazing.
"I think I knew she'd say 'yes' but it was still scary."
Despite their split, Lucy told her fans that they'd had "nearly 6 years of joy, fun and true love..."
