X Factor's eagle-eyed fans think they spotted Pussycat Dolls 'miming'

Last night saw the Pussycat Dolls finally reuniting as a band for the first time in years.

The girl band came together for what was meant to be a spectacular performance on ITV's X Factor - though their comeback fell flat with some viewers, who weren't best pleased with what they were wearing.

But it wasn't just the girls' attire in the firing line, as some X Factor fans accused them of 'miming' during their performance.

Taking to Twitter, people were quick to slam the band, and it's safe to say they weren't holding back.

"The Pussycat dolls miming skills are absolutely SHOCKING," said one skeptic.

"Stripper outfits and miming along to their own music on a singing competition not quite the come back I expected!" said another.

Others were left upset by the performance's 'raunchy feel.'

"The outfits the #pussycatdolls are wearing on #XFactorCelebrity are totally inappropriate for 8.15pm on a family show. Not good role models for girls. You don't have to take your clothes to be successful," one disappointed critic said.

A parent fumed: "I had to cover the eyes of my 6 year old daughter when they appeared with these horrendous and provocative dresses on the screen. Shame on you pussy cat dolls."

"What on earth is this from Pussycat Dolls? It's borderline pornography. #XFactorCelebrity," another commented.

You can't please them all, eh girls?
