It is unclear if it will now impact on the filming of the upcoming series of Britain's Got Talent or its US equivalent, America's Got Talent.

Earlier this month it was revealed that Simon will miss the Britain's Got Talent finals for the first time ever.

The impact of the coronavirus has led to changing schedules meaning the series will be filmed at the same time as America's Got Talent and Simon decided to stay in the US where he lives to fill his commitments there.
