X Factor fans spot Thom Evans 'drooling' over Nicole Scherzinger's raunchy performance

The X Factor: Celebrity got pretty steamy on Saturday night, as Nicole Scherzinger and her Pussycat Dolls band mates put on a raunchy comeback performance.

Someone who couldn't hide their super flustered performance was rumoured beau Thom Evans.

The former contestant, a member of the show band Try Star, was seen "drooling" and red-faced as the girls took to the stage in sexy, transparent outfits.

As the camera panned over to those backstage, Thom pulled a number of faces, weeks on from addressing claims they'd been on a date.

In fact all of those watching were either dancing or left flustered over the scenes.

But Thom in particular left viewers in hysterics as he was clearly loving the reunion as much as everyone else.

One fan commented: "Thom drooling after that performance."

Another said: "Camera pans straight to Thom Evans."

Others were also amused by the moment, as the camera kept returning to him.

Ahead of his own exit from X Factor weeks ago, Thom hinted there could be hope for the pair after the show finishes.

However, this week the Celeb X Factor judge played down their romance as she insisted The Pussycat Dolls reunion was taking up all her energy.

Nicole did throw a compliment Thom's way as she called him "lovely".

She said on The Dan Wootton interview podcast: "Thom is lovely but what's going on is that I am very busy. It's been a very transitional transformation year for me and I am really focusing on distracting myself with my destiny.

"Truth be told, I really willed and prayed for this [reunion]. It took a lot of work. The timing was right. It took a lot of focus."

X Factor returns in December for its new spin-off, The Band.
