X Factor contestant Danny Tetley has pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting children after asking teenage boys to send him indecent images in exchange for money.
The singer, who reached the semi-finals of the ITV competition in 2018, entered a guilty plea when faced with a series of child sex offences.
He had originally denied all charges when he turned himself into the police earlier this year.
Tetley, 39, pleaded guilty to inducing five boys aged 15 and 16 to send him indecent images. He had already entered guilty pleas to four other charges involving two 14-year-olds at a previous hearing.
Prosecutor Michael Smith said: "The investigation is complete and the victims have been identified."
Tetley was remanded back into custody until next month. He will be sentenced on January 24, next year.
