Martin Bashir made the ultimate X Factor blooper when he forgot his words live on air on Saturday night.
The broadcast journalist made it through to the second live show in rather controversial circumstances last week after X Factor Celebrity judge Simon Cowell decided to keep him at the expense on Love Actually child star Olivia Olson.
And Martin was the centre of attention again this weekend after he forgot the lyrics to The Commodores' Easy live on air.
As you can see in the above video taken from ITV, Martin could be heard saying "I've forgotten my words," before stumbling on his words again, eventually pulling it back for the final chorus.
After the song had finished, Martin blamed his awkward mistake on the fact that his song choice was changed at the last minute, but that didn't stop judge Louis Walsh from sticking the knife in by likening the man who famously interviewed both Princess Diana and Michael Jackson to a drunk dad at a wedding and then shouting "no!!" when Simon said he wanted the British public to keep Martin in.
