WWE Summerslam 2026: UK start time, live stream, confirmed match card and results today

Summerslam weekend has arrived and WWE's biggest party of the year is shaping up to be a memorable one.

After the success of last year, the 39th annual edition of WWE Summerslam will, once again, be held across both today and Sunday, this time taking place at the U.S Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Debuting on August 29, 1988, Summerslam is considered as one of WWE’s biggest Premium Live Event's (PLE) along with WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, Survivor Series and Money in the Bank.

Since it's inception, many unforgettable moments have been provided at Summerslam. From the British Bulldog defeating Bret Hart for the Intercontinental championship at Wembley Stadium to Brock Lesnar dismantling John Cena in 2014, it's an event that rarely fails to deliver.

Summerslam has become rather synonymous with 'the beast'. Lesnar captured his first singles title in 2002, defeating none other than The Rock and has since had battles at this very event with the likes of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Triple H and the Undertaker.

One of many marquee matches at Summerslam 2026 features Lesnar as he takes on the dangerous Oba Femi inside 'Hell in a Cell'. These two have met twice already this year, trading wins at WrestleMania 42 and Clash in Italy, so this is the rubber match as the score will be settled one way or another.

Speaking of rivalries, world heavyweight champion Roman Reigns looks to close out a decade-long chapter when he defends against his former 'Shield' stablemate Seth Rollins in what is slated to headline night two. Meanwhile, undisputed WWE champion CM Punk is aiming to knock back the challenge of Cody Rhodes in the main event of night one.

Over on SmackDown, with Rhea Ripley sidelined due to injury, an interim WWE women's champion will be crowned on Sunday night in a five-way ladder match involving Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill.

Baron Corbin, making his first WWE PLE appearance since returning to the company, takes on Trick Williams for the United States title, and Intercontinental champion Penta defends against Chad Gable.

Two multi-person tag team matches have been scheduled for Saturday with Jacob Fatu joining forces with The Usos to battle Solo Sikoa, LA Knight and Royce Keys. Elsewhere, The Bella Twins and Paige will face Fatal Influence in a showdown that could have ramifications on the WWE women's tag team title picture.

There are several intriguing matches on the undercard including the WWE in-ring debut of Smackdown general manager Nick Aldis as he steps up to Gunther, Danhausen taking on Dominik Mysterio and Sami Zayn facing Finn Balor to determine the number one contender for the undisputed WWE championship.
