Brock Lesnar wins WWE Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match

WWE star Brock Lesnar won the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match in an unannounced return.

Lesnar took Sami Zayn's place after the ex-NXT Champion was attacked backstage at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Beast's music hit just when Ali was ready to unhook the briefcase, and Lesnar rushed to the ring to knock him from the top of the ladder.

Lesnar then retrieved the contract while the rest of the competitors, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin, Ricochet, Randy Orton, Andrade and Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor, watched in shock.

The winners of ladder matches are guaranteed a title shot at any time and place they desire within the next 12 months.

RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch defeated Lacey Evans to retain the RAW Women's Championship in her first match on the Money In The Bank bill.

But Charlotte Flair then demanded to have her SmackDown Women's Championship Match against Lynch immediately afterwards.

Evans interfered during the bout and hit Lynch with a Women's Right, allowing Flair to claim her ninth women's title with a Big Boot.

The new SmackDown Women's Champion then teamed up with The Southern Belle and attacked The Man until Bayley came out to stop the assault.

Bayley became the third ever Ms Money in the Bank when she defeated Mandy Rose, Ember Moon, Carmella, Natalya, Dana Brooke, Naomi and Nikki Cross.

The ex-SmackDown Women's Champion Carmella, having earlier suffered a knee injury, was knocked off the top of a ladder by Rose's associate Sonya Deville.

Deville helped Rose to the briefcase but Bayley knocked them both off the top to win the Money in the Bank contract.

Roman Reigns defeated Elias with a devastating Spear in their match.
