A major housing site with planning permission for up to 189 homes is being brought to the market in Wrexham.
The application for the 15 acre site at Rhosrobin proved controversial and was approved at appeal after Wrexham Council’s planners had rejected the scheme.
During a planning hearing in 2018, the reported lack of new houses being created in the county was used as justification to allow the scheme to go ahead.
It is now being offered for sale by informal tender.
Legat Owen are instructed by Liberty Properties to market the site and Legat director Stephen Wade said: “Studies show that Wrexham is in desperate need of new housing.
