A unit in North Wales occupied by retailer Co-op is set to be auctioned.
The property on Lord Street in Wrexham has been put up for sale with Allsop.
It is entirely let to Co-op who have a lease until December 2031.
The 3,600 sq ft site will be auctioned on June 16 - with a guide price of £600,000 to £625,000.
The property forms part of a larger building, which is not part of the sale.
There is a planned revamp of that site with a new residential scheme on the upper floors and refurbishment of the ground floor shops.
