WR Kenny Stills earns Pro Football Focus’ top Texans grade from Week 2

The Houston Texans offense scored 13 points on Sunday in a nail-biting win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Despite that, Pro Football Focus has their five best players from the Texans from Week 2.

Wide receiver Kenny Stills leads the pack for Texans offensive players, as he recorded an outstanding 87.6 overall grade. He caught two passes out of three targets for 38 yards on the day, including a 31-yard toe-tap grab near the end zone to help the Texans score a field goal before the end of the first half.

Behind Stills, PFF didn’t grade the Texans offense highly. Quarterback Deshaun Watson recorded a 75.2 overall grade on one of his lesser performances in his career.

Running back Carlos Hyde, who amassed 90 yards on 18 carries, finished third with a 74.4 overall grade. Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins followed with a 73.0 overall grade, as he caught five balls for 40 yards against Jalen Ramsey.

Finally, the Texans feature an offensive lineman in their top-five from the game: center Nick Martin, who finished with a 69.3 overall grade in his first game since his contract extension.
