The Miami Dolphins 2021 season has come to a close, and it’s about that time to start thinking about the future.
With free agency a few months away fans are beginning to look at which players the Dolphins could sign to help make their team better. One of those names is former Miami wideout Kenny Stills.
Stills spent four years with the Dolphins, where he recorded 164 receptions for 2,566 yards, and 22 touchdowns. His numbers weren’t enough to save him from being part of the Laremy Tunsil trade that netted Miami two first-round picks.
On Tuesday, Stills was asked on Twitter if he’d consider rejoining the Dolphins, and his response was candid.

Stills is referring to at least two separate, public instances that have led to a rift between him and owner Stephen Ross.
The first issue occurred back in 2019 when Stills, who was recently traded to Houston, tweeted about Ross’ organization non-profit organization, accusing the owner of being hypocritical due to him holding a fundraiser for then-President Donald Trump.
Then, the following year, when Ross’ committed $13 million to his non-profit, Stills again took to Twitter, saying the move was done for tax purposes.
He’s probably right, we likely won’t be seeing him in a Dolphins jersey anytime soon, but it’s interesting to see players talk this openly on social media.
