Worst mobile, broadband and landline providers have been named - is yours listed?

Ofcom has revealed which mobile, broadband and landline providers are the most complained about across the UK.

The regulator released a quarterly league table based on the number of gripes received about service providers, reports Hull Live.

Overall, it said that there was a small increase in the relative number of complaints for broadband and mobile firms compared to the previous quarter.

Topping the list for all three services is Vodafone, after thousands of customers complained about the supplier’s poor customer service, faulty devices and problems with installation.

Virgin Mobile was the second most complained about mobile phone service (PA)

Fergal Farragher, Ofcom's director of consumer policy, said: "People have never had more choice in the phone and broadband markets.

"It's also never been easier to switch your service. So companies that don’t prioritise great service could see customers leaving them for ones that do."

The regulator said anyone experiencing problems should complain to their provider first.
