Concerned Real Betis boss Manuel Pellegrini has ripped into his side after their 4-0 trouncing at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen.
And the former Manchester City manager fears his side could be leapfrogged in Europa League Group G after Ange Postecoglou 's side reeled off two wins against Ferencvaros.
Celtic are just a point behind the Spaniards in third place and face the Seville club at Parkhead on matchday six in what could be a winner-takes-all clash.
And Pellegrini forecasted the events that have since unfolded as he warned Spanish media "you have to consider Celtic", before the respective double headers last month.
The Chilean boss has demanded his Betis side raise their game ahead of their two final games against Ferencvaros and Celtic.
He said: "Bayer Leverkusen surpassed us in every department. We didn't play well defensively or in an attacking sense.
"It was an extremely bad performance like that and if we play like that in the two remaining games, we are going out of the competition.
"We have to self-criticise and look at every aspect of our game. The team are aware of how bad that was.
"It's up to us to get better.
"It was a mixture of us playing against very good opponents and my team significantly dropping their performance.
"We have a derby match at home on Sunday against Sevilla and we have the chance of redemption among our own supporters."
