The proposed site for a £30m motor racing circuit in Co Tyrone has been put up for sale.
It had been hoped that the 180-acre Lake Torrent site near Coalisland would host a round of the World Superbike championship in 2019.
Private company Manna Developments Ltd was granted planning approval by Mid Ulster District Council in August 2017.
However, construction was delayed due to a number of planning issues, and the future of the project was thrown in doubt last October after receivers were appointed .
Administrators from restructuring firm Keenan CF said: "The sale of this site represents a unique opportunity to own an extensive land holding in Coalisland and work with Mid Ulster District Council and other key stakeholders to regenerate the land for the benefit of the local economy."
It was hoped the proposed 2.2mile circuit near Coalisland would host a number of motorsport events, including a round of the World Superbike championship this year and a number of touring car races.
It was expected that approximately 25 full-time jobs would be created on completion to run and maintain the track, with an additional 50 staff required on race days.
