World Snooker Championship final halted by OnlyFans model in bizarre TV licence protest

The first day of the World Snooker Championship final was interrupted after a female fan leapt from the crowd in a bizarre television licence fee protest aimed at the BBC.

The woman, who later revealed herself to be OnlyFans content creator Sasha Swan, vaulted barriers at Sheffield’s Crucible theatre on Sunday (3 May) afternoon as Shaun Murphy and Wu Yize played the third frame of the match.

As referee Rob Spencer rushed to stop her reaching the table, Swan shouted “who the f*** pays their licence anyway? No-one pays their TV licence.”

Swan later posted a video to social media claiming responsibility for the stunt, saying “Who does pay their TV licence? Nobody pays their TV licence. I don’t care - f*** the BBC and f*** snooker.”
