We've pretty much all heard of revolving sushi bars.
And heading out for a meal with the luxury of picking up our favourite snacks from a conveyor belt was a treat exclusively reserved for the Japanese cuisine - until now.
That's because what is reported to be the world's first cheese conveyor belt restaurant has opened - and it's in the UK.
Pick & Cheese, the new Covent Garden venue features a 40 metre conveyor belt, with 25 different types of cheese. That's right. Twenty-five, reports Plymouth Live .
The London company started life as a cheese van in early 2014 at Maltby Street Market in south east London and would travel around UK festivals.
But it made a name for itself after getting rave reviews about its grilled cheese sandwiches.
In 2016 The Cheese Bar opened in Camden after a successful Crowdfunder and now the company has launched Pick & Cheese - the "world's first cheese conveyor belt restaurant".
"It’s our attempt to shake up the traditional cheese and wine bar format," the restaurant says, "and encourage people to get out of their comfort zone and try something new!
"Our aim is to share our food with as many people as possible, whilst informally educating our customers on how great British produce can be.
"The price of our dishes fairly reflect the quality of their ingredients, as well as the time and energy it’s taken to get them to your plate. That being said, we’ll always keep our food affordable and accessible.
"We want everyone to embrace it, and be part of our British cheese revolution!"
