World renowned comedian performing first hometown Airdrie gig tomorrow

An Airdrie comedian who has shown his talent all over the world is performing in his hometown for the first time tomorrow.

Gary Sansome is participating in an evening at the Airdrie Workmen's club for an event in conjunction with the Airdrie Supporters' Trust.

Lifelong Diamonds fan Gary, who has performed in Las Vegas, Broadway, Australia, London and the Edinburgh Fringe, has waived his fee for the evening that is in aid of the Trusts' new charitable arm, Diamonds in the Community.

Also on the bill are Bob Doolally, Rob Kane and Daphna Baram.

Tickets for the event are £10 and available by contacting the Airdrie Supporters' Trust.
