For the third time in a row, the Netherlands exit the World Cup after a penalty shootout. Tied 1-1 with Morocco, Ismael Saibari scored the winning penalty to send the Atlas Lions into the Round of 16, where they will go up against Canada. Meanwhile Paraguay caused a huge upset as they knocked Germany out – also on penalties. Jonathan Tah had a last-minute goal ruled out for a foul on Paraguay's goalkeeper. Was it the right decision?
