World Cup 2022 Quiz: Test your football knowledge with our tricky quiz

The World Cup is finally here, some five months after we usually expect it to arrive.

Ireland unfortunately have not qualified for the tournament, and have not made it to the showpiece event since 2002.

But that shouldn't stop us getting into the spirit of things when it all kicks off on Sunday.

And to help we that we have put together a World Cup quiz which will make sure to test your sporting knowledge to the max.

We will ask about Argentina's World Cup triumph, Ireland at Italia 90 and some more recent stuff from 2014 and 2018.

The upcoming World Cup will no doubt provide countless storylines and perhaps even have a moment of triumph for either Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo when it comes to the final.
