'World class!' - These Chelsea fans noticed one key Jorginho moment in win against Ajax

Chelsea fans are singing the praises of one player after the win against Ajax in the Champions League this evening (Wednesday) - and it is not match winner Michy Batshuayi.

The Belgian international netted what proved to be the winning goal at the Johan Cruyff Arena, firing in off the underside of the bar to give Frank Lampard's men the lead after coming on as a substitute in Amsterdam.

But while Batshuayi scored the winning goal, there was one other Chelsea player who received the plaudits from the fans.

That man was Jorginho, who was involved in a key moment just before Chelsea scored the winning goal.

With Chelsea pushing forward in search of a winner, Ajax almost caught the Blues on the break, with the hosts having a two on two on the break.

But just as former Southampton playmaker Dusan Tadic looked to play a pass to try and catch Chelsea on the counter attack, the Italian international made a vital contribution, breaking up the play with an interception to win the ball back.

It was a key intervention for Chelsea, who went up the other end to score just moments later, with Batshuayi firing in the winner after being set up by fellow substitute Christian Pulisic.

And it was a moment that was not lost on these Chelsea fans on social media.
