Indoor playground Little Sandpiper Belconnen is under investigation by WorkSafe ACT following claims a girl fell from equipment and was placed in an induced coma.
According to a deleted social media post, a young girl fell off a 2.5 metre slide, causing a skull fracture and blood clots on July 2.
She was allegedly placed in an induced coma and required major surgery to reduce pressure on her brain.
She is still alive.
Two months prior to the fall, another Canberra family settled a lawsuit against Little Sandpiper after their child was injured from a fall in 2019.
WorkSafe ACT said it "continues to make enquiries regarding this matter."
