Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Simple Laboratories, a Chicago-based full diagnostic clinical laboratory, ran lab tests to help doctors diagnose, treat and prevent diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease. When the coronavirus began ravaging the community, CSO Narni Yoder and her team pivoted and dedicated their lab to COVID-19 testing here in the Chicago area.
“We are working around the clock to support the high demand for accurate and efficient COVID-19 testing,” Yoder said. “Now more than ever, it is important that we make our services accessible to everyone. We must increase the capacity for testing, protect the communities that we serve and stay on the forefront of care so we can all find a way to get through this pandemic.”
