Workers are racing to build a brand new hospital in just five days in the Chinese city of Wuhan where the deadly Coronavirus outbreak began.
Hospitals in the city have seen huge demand as hundreds of patients arrive every day to get tested for the disease.
Coronavirus has already claimed the lives of 26 people in China and around 800 more are reported to be infected - but it is thought the actual toll could be much higher.
Builders are now racing to construct a new hospital to cope with demand and have set an ambitious target of having the new facility open by Monday, The Mirror reports.
Photos show scores of diggers at the site clearing the way for the new hospital, which will consist of prefabricated buildings containing 1,000 beds.
The new hospital is being built around a holiday complex originally intended for local workers, set in gardens by a lake on the outskirts of the city, the official Changjiang Daily reported on Friday.
China State Construction Engineering, one of the companies building the hospital, said it was "doing all it can and would overcome difficulties" to play its part, adding it now had more than 100 workers on the site.
Other hospitals in the region have run out of beds forcing doctors to set up tents in car parks to treat new patients.
There are also fears that supplies including protective masks, goggles and suits are running low in the city.
The Coronavirus outbreak is believed to have originated at a market that sold live animals, including illegal wildlife and seafood.
Wuhan, which has a population of around 11 million people, has been locked down since the virus was discovered.
Residents have been told to stay at home while flights out of the city are grounded and train, bus and ferry services are cancelled.
Elsewhere in China, Disneyland Shanghai and parts of the Great Wall of China have been closed to visitors.
In the UK, 14 people were tested for the virus on Friday but all were given the all-clear.
The Chief Medical Officer for England said there is a "fair chance" Britain will see cases emerge.
Officials are trying to trace 2,000 people who have flown to the UK from Wuhan in the past few weeks, in order to check on their wellbeing.
Today, health ministers in France announced that there were two confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country - the first in Europe.
