Work has started on Falkirk 's first outdoor gym after £23,000 of funding was secured last year.
The facility in Inchyra Park, in Grangemouth, is expected to be completed in a matter weeks, following an 18-month project.
Community group, Friends of Inchyra Park, were awarded the cash after locals voted for them through Falkirk Council's Community Choices initiative.
Pictures have been shared on their Facebook page showing workmen and diggers on a grass area, next to the playing area.
A post read: " Exciting news. The district's FIRST outdoor gym instal has started in Inchyra.
"We are now just a few weeks away from completion of a 18 month project and are so excited.
"This is what our community voted for in community choices and we are so happy to see it being delivered!"
