Pictures show work underway to demolish a building and replace it with nine apartments in Carlton.

The new homes are planned for Cornhill Road in Carlton.

Pictures taken from Cornhill Road shows work currently underway, with scaffolding up following the demolition of the previous building.

Parking will also be provided, according to the application.

There are no other documents related to the application on Gedling Borough Council's planning portal.

The application states: "Demolition of existing commercial building (comprising B1/D2 space) and garage and construction of nine apartments, along with associated parking, amenity space and boundary treatment."

Applicant Ryan Hoy has submitted the application to the council via agents GraceMachin Planning and Property in December 2021.
