Players of the popular puzzle game Wordle have been left stumped by today's answer.
Many have failed to get the correct five letter word within the permitted six attempts, how frustrating!
The daily game was created by US-based software engineer Josh Wardle in October last year before being bought over by The New York Times earlier this month for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.
With an estimated three million users per day, the puzzle has taken the world - and social media - by storm.
Simple but addictive, to complete Worldle each day all the player needs to do is guess a single word.
Users are giving six attempt to fill in the blanks of a five letter word.

After each guess, the squares will either turn grey, yellow or green.
Grey means the letter is not in the word at all, yellow indicates it is in the word but it isn’t in the right place and green means it’s the right letter in the right place.
When the puzzle is solved, all five squares will turn green.
However, it is often not as easy as it sounds with many taking to social media to share their confusion and frustration over today's answer.
*SPOILER ALERT BELOW*
Today's puzzle - Wordle 251 - left players scratching their heads as the answer contained two examples of double letters.
The answer contained two "V"s and two "I"s as well as one "D" - spelling out the word "vivid".
Some players shared their thoughts...
“As I stare at the available letters and am not able to form a single word, I have to wonder.....am I just a dumb***?” one user on Twitter.
Another user simply Tweeted "I've had enough" after failing to guess one letter in a correct space even after all six tries.
Asking "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?" @d0ttyb questions today's puzzle after getting the answer on the final go.
The tricky test has even broken the winning streak of many players, failing to get the right answer for the first time.
Just like @_karlasg who posted their loss.
