Woodland transformed into dining spot

A West Lothian woodland is being transformed into magical dining spot with a top chef offering out-of-this world food.

Top Edinburgh chef Barry Bryson is bringing his culinary expertise to Jupiter Artland at Wilkieston until September 4.

You can treat yourself to an evening with the award winning chef in the shaded woodlands of Jupiter Artland.

The magical woodlands are set to come alive after-hours with a feast for the senses, set on one long table, the intimate dining experience will run from 6.30pm until 10pm every Thursday in August.

The dishes will be garnished and presented with wild edibles largely from the grounds of Jupiter Artland and the menu written and cooked by Barry himself.

Barry Bryson is one of Scotland’s leading private chefs and heads up a dynamic event catering firm called Cater by Barry Bryson.

Barry is the go to chef and event caterer for some of the UK’s leading companies such as Louis Vuitton, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Glenmorangie as well as hugely prestigious organisations such as the National Library of Scotland, Jupiter Artland and the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
