With overseas trips now permitted from Scotland, plenty of us are plotting where we can head to for a chance to disconnect and relax after what's been a torturous year to date.
But we think we've found a truly one-off spot that could provide the perfect opportunity to run away from the world in 2020 - a woodland that's for up for sale near Glasgow.
The 2.85 acre spot midway between Newton Mearns and Neilston, located about 10 miles and a 20 minute drive from the heart of Glasgow, is on the market for £18,000.
The listing on small woodland sale site Woods 4 Sale describes the wood, named Craig Copse, as lying' at the north corner of a larger gated forest in rolling countryside' to the west of Darnley Country Park, affording easy access to Glasgow and the Central Belt.

Listed as a 'a great locus for quiet recreation', what makes Craig Copse an 'attractive prospect' is that few woods currently on the market for under £20,000 'offer so much'.
It's worth noting however that the public are entitled to access the wood, while potential new owners are 'extremely unlikely' to get residential planning permission for it - so you wouldn't be able to use all the available timber to build that dream house in it.
