Women wanted for sexual abuse after ‘twerking’ against man

Two women have been accused of third degree sexual abuse for touching and ‘twerking’ against a man at a petrol station in Washington DC.

DC Metropolitan Police Department posted CCTV footage of the incident, which took place on the afternoon of 7 October, on its YouTube channel.

The video appears to show one of the women ‘twerking’ against the man while he is using his phone in the station’s shop. The other woman then appears to touch him.

According to the footage, the woman continues to touch the man despite him attempting to move away.

WUSA-9 news channel showed the CCTV video to customers at the petrol station to gauge their reaction to the incident.

One woman said: “I think that’s… dishonourable, disrespectful of a woman to behave like that… if it was a man acting like that, we’d be coming down on him.”

Police are offering up to $1,000 as a reward to anyone who can offer any information which leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
