The United States, who are the defending champions, will face Thailand to finish out Day 5 and the first round of group matches. The Americans come in as co-favorites alongside France to defend their titles. They are the No. 1 ranked team in the world, but their preparation this year hasn’t gone as smoothly as you’d expect. They failed to win the SheBelieves Cup on home soil in March, but have won their last six matches. Up first for the USA is the biggest longshot in the entire tournament in Thailand, sitting at 2000-1 entering the tournament. It could be a very lopsided opening match for the champs.
