NEW DELHI: The final of the inaugural edition of the Women's Premier League will be played between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals on Sunday.
A total of 21 matches, before the final on March 26, were played during the course of the competition with Mumbai and Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra hosting all the games.
THE FORMAT
The five teams played each other twice in the round-robin stage, making it 8 league games each for the franchises.
Delhi Capitals finished at the top after the league stage and straightaway qualified for the final. Mumbai Indians beat UP Warriorz in the Eliminator for a spot in the final.
TIMINGS
The final will be in the evening, starting at 7:30 pm IST.
