Women impressed by £10 'filter in a bottle' foundation that's 'better than Estee Lauder' and has thousands of five-star reviews

Beauty fans of all ages are heaping praise on a £10 being sold at Superdrug. Shoppers are so impressed by the foundation - which people say rivals £36 Estee Lauder Double Wear - it's been hailed a 'real life filter in a bottle.'

There are thousands of foundations on the marketplace, with popular choices including £14 Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3in1 Liquid Foundation; Boots' Natural Collection Hydrating and Radiance Foundation, which is currently priced at £2.99; and Rihanna's Fenty Beauty PRO FILT'R Soft Matte Longwear Foundation.

Now another budget £10 foundation is earning a cult status amongst beauty fans thanks to its staggering results.

Revolution Beauty's IRL Filter Foundation costs £9.99 on the Superdrug website. It's currently part of an online offer where shoppers who spend £15 on Revolution make-up will get £5 off. So if you do want the foundation, it's well worth adding another item to your basket worth £5 or more, because it will be free, or cost considerably less than it's meant to.

Beauty buffs can also choose to get an IRL Filter Foundation (worth £9.99) and the matching IRL Filter Concealer (worth £6.99) in a set for £12.99 on the Revolution Beauty website for a hefty saving.

Revolution IRL Filter Longwear Foundation is a medium to full buildable foundation that has a soft focus breathable matte formula, The foundation comes in 30 shades, and is enriched with niacinamide, it is oil free, shine free, creaseproof, lifeproof and smudgeproof that is said to provide 16 hours wear time

One five-star reviewer wrote: "I cannot rate this product highly enough. It comes in a great range of colours that are skin toned and NOT orange! It gives amazing, flawless coverage that lasts and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. My definite go-to foundation."

A second said: "Goes on smoothly. Doesn't feel heavy. A little went a long way. Skin looked amazing after." A third said: "Great coverage and easy application. A little goes a long way! Was very surprised considering the price. My new go to!"

"As someone with large pores who finds it hard to find foundations to suit my skin, I was amazed at this product. It stayed on all day even after my gym session at the end of the day! My skin looks amazing," wrote another beauty fan.

Somebody else said: "After years of using the same foundation, I was needing a higher coverage one as I've developed adult acne and am now very self-conscious about my skin. I was able to find my shade first-time and it's the perfect match for my skin. It provides moderate coverage whilst still being relatively un-noticeable. It doesn't hide my acne completely but it makes it almost invisible if you're not looking for it. SO happy."

An Estee Lauder fan said: "Fabulous stuff I actually now prefer it to my double wear I have! Excellent foundation easy to blend." Another said: "Really like this foundation great coverage without looking caked on. Bargain price for a great foundation."

Revolution Irl Filter Longwear Foundation costs £9.99 on the Superdrug website. The foundation and matching concealer, worth £16.99 combined, can be bought as a set for £12.99 on the Makeup Revolution website.
