JHANSI: Commemorating International Woman's Day, an all women crew was deputed on Gwalior-bound Bundelkhand Express, on Tuesday, by the North-Central Railways (NCR).
11108 Bundelkhand Express which arrived here at Virangna Laxmibai station on Tuesday morning from Varanasi was taken over by an all women crew for further destination towards Gwalior.
This included Loco Pilot Poonam Shakkya, Assistant Loco Pilot Bharti Srivastav and Train Manager Shivani Verma. The entire ticket checking team was also the women employees.
On this occasion, senior officials of the department, including DRM Jhansi, Ashutosh were also present at the railway station to cheer up the team.
