A woman with two uteruses says she experiences excruciatingly painful periods and has to spend two to three days in bed.
Leanne Bell, 37, from Arizona in the US, uses two tampons and said she usually has two periods at the same time each month.
But around three months out of the year the model said her periods happen at a separate time.
"When they happen together it's excruciatingly painful, I need to spend two to three days in bed,” she said.
"I feel they just waste my life away, honestly, so that's one form of hell. And then when they happen at a different time, it's like three months of bleeding."
She added: "It's like I've just got done with a period and then five days later another one will start."
Bell first discovered she had two reproductive systems when she visited a gynecologist for an IUD insertion when she was 28 years old.
She was shocked when the doctor discovered she had two vaginas and it was confirmed on an ultrasound.
She said: "That day they weren't able to place the IUD because I can't have one in both uteruses.
"I had seen five other doctors before this. I think the other doctors missed it because, once you find one vagina, I don't think you usually go looking for another."
Before being diagnosed with uterus didelphys in 2013, Bell had seen five doctors who had performed full pap smears but missed her vaginal septum.
She said the first time she noticed something was different was when she started having her period.
"I noticed that I would put a tampon in, and it would hit a wall, and sometimes it would go in sideways. It didn't make sense to me," she added.
"Even today, I'll pop a tampon in, and it will go off to the right side or left side,” she said.
"Now I've learned to aim better and oddly enough I've just started to learn that two tampons work really well for me.”
Bell does not wish to remove the septum, but instead sees it at something “special”.
"I do feel a little special. Everyone wants something special about them. Ideally, it could have been something other than my vagina. But I do feel special."
Bell is only the second model on OnlyFans with the condition.
She is now earning over £1200 a day and is projected to earn over £34,000 for April.
The nude model, who has spoken up about her condition on TikTok @TheLadyLeanne , has been faced with a number of unflattering comments.
She said: "I actually make a good amount of money because of the double vagina pull in that I get.
"Men and women alike seem to be fascinated with this rare anomaly.
"Surprisingly, about 40 per cent of my supporters are female, so I think everyone is at least a little bit curious as to what it looks like.”
She said people online mostly thank her for “opening up”.
