A woman with a severe cheese allergy says she has been served the dairy product 10 times in a row despite specifying her allergy.
When Georgina Heyburn orders a delivery from the Hayes branch of the fast-food restaurant through UberEats she makes her allergy clear.
But they always seem to get it wrong, according to the 43-year-old.
While she is always given a refund for her order, she would have to pay the UberEats delivery fare again in order to get a replacement burger and fears what could happen if an allergic child failed to check their food, reports MyLondon .
However, a McDonald's spokesperson said they could only find record of Georgina having complained about allergy issues six times.

Georgina said: "I want people to be aware when they are ordering online, give them a ring as well to make sure they get the order right.
"I am really concerned, if that was a child that could have killed them.
"I have spoken to them [McDonald's] several times and complained to customer services."
A McDonald's spokesperson said: "We have a number of procedures in place to avoid inaccurate orders, and we are always disappointed if a customer does not have a positive experience.
"The restaurant has investigated, and found no reason this mistake would be made so consistently for one customer, so we would encourage this customer to contact our customer services team to discuss the matter."
