When we think of receding hairlines, most people probably just think of men, but the truth is, hair loss and thinning can affect anyone, especially as we get older.
It's actually really common for hair to start thinning around the hairline as we age, or as a result of putting pressure on our hair, such as wearing ponytails that are too tight for long periods of time.
Luckily though, there are things we can do to help, and one woman credits a bargain £2 product for nursing her thinning hair back to its full health.
TikTok user Taylor Rose, who posts from the handle @thehealthyhygge, recently shared her exact routine for taking care of her locks, and we're taking notes.

"This is my exact routine right now! & IT'S WORKING. Repeat Sunday/Monday steps for any hair wash days," she wrote.
In the clip, Taylor explained: "I use rosemary oil throughout the week for hair growth, especially right here (near the front of hairline), and as you can see my bald spots are going away.
"Every Sunday night I take this Mielle rosemary oil all over my head and massage it in for around three minutes sleep on it and put a silk cap on and go to bed."
On Monday, Taylor washes her hair and uses rosemary essential oil by putting three to five drops in the palm of her hand, alongside the shampoo, before shampooing her hair as normal.
She added: "Every other night of the week I take my homemade rosemary oil water, part my hair and spray it over my whole scalp, massage it in and go to bed. When I wake up my hair is not greasy."
In another clip, Taylor explained that she makes her own rosemary by taking around five sprigs of fresh rosemary and boiling them in a pan with water, before putting the water into a spray bottle. Genius.
