Woman with 'most cosmetic surgery in the world' has incredible 'before' photo

Cindy Jackson has had 47 cosmetic procedures, costing her more than £53,000, earning her the Guinness World Record for the most work in history.

But she's said she isn't going to tell the organisation if she goes under the knife again, saying she wants to step away from the book.

Since 1987, Cindy, who is American but now lives in London, has had 14 operations including three face lifts, two nose jobs, implants and a chin reductions.

She's had a series of other non-surgical procedures - including chemical peels and semi-permanant make-up.

Cindy, who is now in her 60s, explained that unfortunately people see the Guinness World Record events as a "freak show", and said that while all the other holders were lovely she felt she didn't belong there.

She now hopes Rodrigo Alves, AKA the Human Ken Doll, will take her record.

Speaking in 2017, she told the Sun: "I have had more work since setting my last world record, a neck lift, a few tweaks and dozens of non-surgical procedures - I can’t remember all the procedures. It’s like asking someone to remember how many haircuts they’ve had in the last 30 years.

"I won’t be officially logging them because I’m sick of being known as a Barbie doll. I don’t want to be involved in a competition. I think some people – like Rodrigo – have procedures just to win the title.

“I went for the natural look. There have been claims he is addicted to surgery, I don’t know whether or not he is, but I most certainly am not - the differences are endless. For me, surgery that isn’t as natural-looking as possible, is a failure."

Speaking before her decision to step away from the world of records, she spoke about the honour of being in the famous book.

She said: "Everybody knows the Guinness World Record book, and when I was a child I used to find it in the news agent every year when it came out and go through it - we all did.

"We all looked forward to seeing what person was going to be in it.

"I never dreamt of being in it because didn't come from any sort of extraordinary background.

"So for me it's incredible that I'm in this book that I've always known about."

Cindy has now used her experience of cosmetic surgery to set up her own business to help others looking at going under the knife - cindyjackson.com.

Her mission statement says: "Helping others achieve naturally beautiful results is my business - whether you're a superstar or you just want to look like one.

"Results are the most rare and desirable: fresh and natural looking with no obvious scars of evidence of surgery."
