Woman with dementia reported missing near Ravenswood Manor

A 77-year-old woman with dementia has been reported missing near Ravenswood on the Northwest Side.

Jackie Bartholomay was last seen Thursday near the area of Montrose and California avenues, according to Chicago police.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Five detectives at 312-746-6554.
