Police have named a woman found dead with significant burns and a head injury near Bathgate.
Cops were called to Drumcross Road near Bathgate on Tuesday night after receiving reports of a car on fire.
They found Ann Drummond, 47, from Livingston with significant burns and a head injury.
She was found alongside a 47-year-old man, having both sustained significant burn injuries.
Ann sadly passed away in hospital on Thursday , June 27, while the man remains in a serious condition in hospital.
Her death is being treated as suspicious and police inquiries into this matter are continuing.
