Woman wanted in 2 other hold-ups robs Logan Square bank at gunpoint

A woman with a gun robbed the Citibank branch at 2295 N. Milwaukee Ave. on June 15, 2019.

A woman who held up a Citibank branch at gunpoint Saturday in Logan Square is also suspected in two other bank robberies earlier this year.

The woman, thought to be in her 40s, entered the bank about 10:15 a.m. at 2295 N. Milwaukee Ave., according to Chicago police and the FBI. She handed the teller a note and flashed a handgun before running away with an unspecified amount of cash.

She stands 5-foot-3 to 5-foot-5 and has a medium build with black hair and a medium complexion, the FBI said.

The woman is also suspected in two others, one on April 20 at a BMO Harris Bank at 1300 S. Wabash Ave. and another on April 6 at a Chase Bank at 3033 N. Pulaski Road, according to the FBI. She wore a tan coat, white pants, large sunglasses and dark-colored boots during the Pulaski robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI’s Chicago Field Office at 312-421-6070. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to her arrest.
