A road was closed in Liverpool after a two-car crash left one person trapped.
The driver of a Ford Transit minibus involved in the crash was 'medically trapped' inside and will need to be freed by emergency services.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, paramedics and police are all in attendance at the scene of the crash, which also involved a Mercedes, on Lower Breck Road, Anfield.

The crash happened at around 9.12am on Monday, March 7, between Townsend Lane and Breckside Park.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said that there was a plan in place to safely remove the person from the minibus.
In a statement they said the woman remains in a stable condition and was receiving pain relief from paramedics at the scene.
Police have since confirmed that the full extent of the woman's injuries are not yet known.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area while the road remains blocked.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said: "[The fire service] was alerted to an incident on Lower Breck Road at 9.12am and on scene at 9.16am this morning.
"Two fire engines and the search and rescue team were deployed. On arrival crews were met with a road traffic collision involving two vehicles, with both vehicles on all four wheels.
"North West Ambulance Service are on scene to assess driver of one vehicle, who is conscious and breathing but medically trapped. Pain relief has been administered by paramedics.
"A multi-agency meeting has taken place between ourselves, NWAS, and Merseyside Police. There is a plan in place to safely remove the casualty from the vehicle. The casualty remains in a stable condition.
"Merseyside Police are also in attendance to assist with traffic management.
"This incident is ongoing, please avoid the area."
