Fire crews from Chew, Bedminster and Temple Fire Station were called yesterday morning (October 4) to reports of an accident involving two cars at Walley Lane.

On arrival firefighters found one male casualty had already been rescued and was in the care of ambulance crews.

Crews then used cutting equipment to release a female casualty from the second vehicle.

Police were also at the scene.
